Wailana Sands #206 is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit at a quiet boutique property across the street from Mai Poina Beach Park. The unit has a fully-equipped kitchen, split AC in the living room and bedroom. The bedroom provides a king bed and a ceiling fan, and split AC. The living room has a queen sofa bed, cable television, ceiling fan. split AC, and complimentary wifi. Enjoy your meals from your lanai while taking in the beautiful garden and pool views. There are even a couple barbecues available for guest use. When you are ready to head to the beach, Wailana Sands #206 conveniently supplies beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler. Sleeps 2.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation require a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation.
Longer stays require additional terms and conditions. Please contact Rentals Maui for inquiries longer than 60 nights.

Wailana Sands is located in North Kihei near the Whale Sanctuary, Kalepolepo Beach, and an ancient Hawaiian fishpond. Wailana Sands has a large pool, gas grills, and a coin-operated common laundry area. Whale watch, windsurf, walk the beach, and enjoy the most amazing sunsets imaginable. Wailana Sands is centrally located to shops and restaurants, and is just minutes from the championship golf courses of Wailea and Makena. It is an ideal launchpad to head west toward Lahaina and Kaanapali, north toward the airport, or south to the Wailea area. This is one of the best values in Kihei.

Hidden Gem

This place was so fantastic. The location is great. The pool was so clean. The supplies in the suite were fantastic. We didn’t have the correct pool code but the property manager / owner was so easy to communicate with. Jim was easy and prompt with each interaction we had from booking to check out. He was so accommodating and helpful for us. Thank you again. We’ll be back!!

Very comfortable condo in great location

We had a great stay. The condo is very comfortable, which a large bed and a new sofa bed. It also has a full kitchen with all the equipment that you could possibly need. The airconditioning unit is fantastic, quickly cooling the condo as it does get very warm in the afternoon. We loved how quiet the small complex was, we often had the pool to ourselves which was lovely! The area was perfect for us as it was in a quiter area of Kihei and across the road from a small beach and a short drive from restaurants and Safeway. Communication was great, Jim was easily contactable and very helpful.

We had the best time. Only inconvenience we experienced was the parking the one night we had to park in a near by hotel parking lot

Place was great!

Place was nice and comfortable! Ac was great! It just needed more paper products supplied to us. The view is great! Owners are great people!
