Park Place in the Heart of Bar Harbor

Park Place provides an amazing place to call home when exploring Acadia National Park. Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood this first floor unit is a few blocks from the center of town. A 10 min walk from stunning sunrises on the Shore Path and 15 min walk to sunsets from the Bar Island sandbar. Designated off street parking for two cars with self check in and 3 mini splits for individual heat and AC temp controls. Steps away from amazing Havana as well as many other restaurants.

This modern 2 bedroom condo is a 10min walk from anywhere in downtown Bar Harbor and literally steps away from Havana and Salt & Steel restaurants. It`s in a quiet neighborhood and has off street parking for two cars. The closest trails of Acadia National Park are within a 1 mile walk. The ball fields and YMCA are one block away. Climate control in every room as well as stacked washer dryer in the bathroom.

No animals please, no exceptions, our cleaning lady is allergic.

I live in town and am available most any time should a problem arise.

Very quite, safe and friendly. A stones throw from the MDI YMCA and town ball fields/bball courts/tennis courts.

The free Island Explorer Shuttle`s arrive and depart from the village green which is 7 min walk away.
Quiet hours in town start at 9pm so please no being loud past 9pm. No talking loudly in the driveway or on the porch past 9pm. Please take off your shoes when you come inside.
