The open-plan living space opens directly onto the outdoor areas, offering seamless indoor-outdoor living. The villa features three distinct terraces, each designed for a different moment of the day:
- A shaded rear terrace, protected from the sun, ideal for quiet relaxation.

We chose Terres Basses for its privacy, security and exceptional beaches, where each villa sits on its own private one-acre lot, offering space and tranquility, all just minutes’ walk from some of the island’s most beautiful beaches—Long Bay and Plum Bay—as well as the stunning La Samanna Belmond Hotel. Terres Basses has long attracted international celebrities, business leaders and high-profile families seeking privacy and exclusivity.

We paid great attention to the decoration, choosing soft beige and white tones and creating custom-made furniture, with pieces imported from Bali and collected during our travels to Tulum, Mexico, Costa Rica and Belize The house is modern, open and calming, designed to let you truly slow down. The tropical garden, the open spaces and the sound of the wind in the palm trees are what we love most about this place, along with its unique location.
