The living area features a Smart TV with Roku and an easy, open layout, while the fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a spacious island is perfect for slow mornings or casual evenings. The bedroom offers a queen-size bed with hotel-quality linens, and a dedicated workspace makes remote work easy. Step outside to the patio to unwind and enjoy access to the shared ground-level spa with hot tub, sauna, fire pit, and outdoor shower.

Please note: this historic building includes four separate units, so light noise from neighboring guests is possible. Some stairways are narrow and steep — please use caution — and doors may stick slightly during warmer months due to the home's age and character.

Guest Verification
To help ensure a smooth and secure stay for all guests, the primary guest listed on the reservation may be asked to complete a quick verification process within 48 hours of booking, depending on the platform used to book the reservation.
Prior to check-in, guests may also be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes agreeing to our rental terms and conditions and, on certain booking platforms, providing a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card before arrival.
Included with your booking is our damage waiver coverage, which helps protect against accidental, self-reported damage during your stay when reported prior to check-out.
