The Space:

This comfortable duplex unit is laid out on a single level and designed for easy, everyday living. With two bedrooms, a full kitchen, shared outdoor amenities, and a welcoming atmosphere, the space works well for couples, families, or small groups visiting Colorado Springs.

The living area is bright and welcoming, featuring a plush sofa that converts into a queen sleeper for extra flexibility. The backyard, hot tub, and fire pit are shared with the neighboring duplex unit. However, your interior living space and entrance are completely private.

⏰ Check-Out Policy: To respect our cleaning team’s schedule and ensure the home is perfect for the next guest, unauthorized late check-outs are subject to a fee of $20 per 30 minutes. We appreciate your understanding!
