Bedroom 3: Downstairs, farthest left. Features 1 King bed, 2 dressers, chair, patio access, and lake view.
Bedroom 4: Downstairs, next to hall bath. Features 1 Queen bed, dresser, closet, ceiling fan, and patio access.
Bedroom 5: Downstairs, farthest right. Features 1 King bed, decorative rock fireplace, brand-new ensuite bathroom with double vanity and large shower, walk-in closet, patio access, and lake view.
Loft Area: will feature 2 Queens, 2 Fulls, and 1 twin bed, upstairs with 3/4 bath

• The minimum age to book this property is 25 years old and it is best suited for families and groups of friends.

Getting There:
We highly recommend having a vehicle for your stay. Rideshare companies like LakeRide Pros are available, however, we recommend that you book well in advance. You will have ease of access via state highways and blacktop roads. This property is located approximately 3 hours from St. Louis and Kansas City, and a half-day drive from Nebraska, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, and Arkansas, creating great access for families and friends to connect and gather! The International airport is in Kansas City, and regional airports are available in St. Louis, Columbia, and Springfield.
