The Space:

The kitchen comes fully stocked with everything you need — from cookware to a full-size dishwasher and freezer. Gather around the dining table for home-cooked meals or late-night takeout with the group.



The bedrooms offer plenty of space and privacy for everyone. With five king beds spread across 4 bedrooms, everyone gets a roomy spot to relax and recharge.



Three full bathrooms make mornings easy — one is located in the hallway with a tub/shower, the second is in the primary bedroom with 2 sink vanity and tub/shower combo and the third is in the basement with a standing shower.



Located in a quiet Olathe neighborhood, you’ll enjoy a peaceful stay that’s still close to great restaurants, shops, and everything Kansas City has to offer.

-Third bedroom : King sized bed, Smart TV and nightstands with phone charging ports.



Basement (finished and 14 stairs down from main level):

Two king beds in a spacious area with additional twin sofa sleeper, queen sized air mattress and twin trundle

Guest Access:

The home is all yours. You have your own entrance, parking, and full reign of the space. You will enter the home using a door equipped with keyless entry (code provided before check in) which adds ease and flexibility to check in and check out.



The Neighborhood:

The neighborhood is a charming blend of history, beauty, and modern amenities. Nestled in the heart of Olathe, it offers convenient access to major highways, making it easy to explore the wider region. With quiet streets and well-preserved historic homes, you can take leisurely walks and admire unique architectural styles. The city center, located just a few miles away, is filled with local shops, boutiques, and eateries, perfect for shopping and dining. There is a wide selection of restaurants, cafes, and bars nearby, offering diverse culinary options. Nature lovers will enjoy the neighborhood's proximity to outdoor recreational opportunities.



Other Things to Note:

HOUSE RULES:

No Smoking Inside. Be kind to the neighbors. Do not block their parking spots/driveways. This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times— 10:00pm to 7:00am.



PARTIES -NO EVENTS OR PARTIES ARE ALLOWED. All gatherings must be limited within our max occupancy, this is monitored and guests violating this rule will be charged a mandatory $200 fine.

If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $2000 fine if these rules are violated.



-PETS - We do allow dogs with host approval. If you are planning on bringing a dog please notify us once you complete your booking. There is a $50 fee for a dog and $100 for two that is collected once the booking is confirmed and paid in full. (Guests are required to pick up after their pet) The back yard is fully fenced. NO CATS ALLOWED.



Disclaimer- We have an EXTERIOR Security camera located in the entrance of our home that record activity when somebody comes enters and leave the area of residence. The exterior security cameras are in place to ensure we are in compliance with our House Rules. Footage remains private and is used to monitor occupancy, No Unregistered Animal/Pet Policy, No Smoking Policy, No Party/Guests or Visitor Policy, and for liability purposes.



LOCAL guests - please send us a message before booking. We cannot host local guests without prior authorization or preapproval. We have the right to decline guests who refuses to go through our pre screening or disagrees with our house rules.



Interaction with Guests:

You are welcome to contact us with questions through the platform app/website should anything come up during your stay— we are not far away.. but we do not interact directly with guests unless it’s necessary. We make sure you feel like you're in your home-away-from-home, free of intrusion.
