We were not a fan of this condo or the host. We have been going to Winter Park for 40 years, and spending many of the last 10 at Zephyr Mountain Lodge. The condo wasn't in good shape, and the host charged us for things that were not true (probably to repair the problems.) The back door was letting snow and wind into the condo, the sliding door to the bathroom was off the rail and would not close, and there was no storage for any clothes or belongings becuase all dressers were locked for the owner's stuff. The condo is also in the basement floor with the parking deck, which is not as nice as other floors. The one positive was that there was a bunk bed and a queen bed in one room for our family, but we only used the bottom bunk because the ladder to the top bunk was not attached and too scary for my kids.To top it all off the host wrote us after our stay to say that we damaged the door to a chest. The door was broken when we got there and we only opened it to get a blanket for the lower bunk bed. In fact, my daughter cut her hand on the chest from a nail that was sticking out of it. After we told the host that the chest door was already broken, he did not respond to our message and still charged us 100. I'm pretty sure the entire chest is likely worth less than 100.Safe to say, we will be choosing different condo for our future stays in Winter Park.
