A duplex is a multi-family home that has two units in the same building. These two units always share a common wall, but the floor plan can vary.

No backyard access.

While this property does have a backyard, it is NOT part of the amenities. It does not have a seating area and your children are not allowed back there.

Hosting team does not live on premises but is always available through messaging.

EARLY 2pm check in is a possibility with prior arrangements and $35 fee paid to HOUSEKEEPING after receiving instructions.

The unit is located in a duplex building and has a separate entrance.

This home is located in Fair oaks, in the multifamily neighborhood. It is safe and quiet, but is not considered upscale or prime.

Some neighbors have children, some have dogs, some will have a bbq on the weekend. Great and friendly people that will stay completely out of your business if you stay out of theirs and be respectful of the surroundings.

Pets are welcome, ($40 pet fee) but no special accommodations are provided.
