Thank you Grace, for your kind review! We're so glad Heights Haven Retreat was a great fit for your group and that our communication helped make your stay easy and enjoyable. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we hope you'll keep us in mind the next time you're in the area. Safe travels, and congratulations to the happy couple!

Lisa, thank you so much for your kind words! We're thrilled to hear you enjoyed the property and found communication to be easy from start to finish. We work hard to provide a clean, comfortable, and stress-free stay so our guests can simply relax and enjoy their trip. Whether you're visiting for a weekend getaway, a family vacation, a wedding, or a special event, we'd love the opportunity to host you. Thank you again for staying with us, and we hope to welcome you back soon!

Alice, thank you so much for the wonderful review! We're so glad you enjoyed the space, and the comfortable beds. We agree, that big dining table is one of our favorite spots for family meals and making memories. We're happy the house kept everyone cool during the July heat, too! Thanks for the recommendation, and we hope to welcome you back to Heights Haven Retreat the next time you're in Evansville.

Thank you, Michelle! We’re so glad you loved the cozy atmosphere and the proximity to everything. It was a pleasure hosting you!

Thank you for your feedback Carrie. We were genuinely surprised to read these comments, especially since we reached out after your arrival to make sure everything was going well and to let you know we were available if you needed anything. At no point did you mention any of these concerns or give us the opportunity to address them. Had you let us know, we would have gladly explained the shower controls or assisted with anything else. While one shower's temperature can take a moment to dial in, we've hosted many large groups who either figured it out quickly or simply reached out, and we've always been happy to help. We're also a bit confused by the comment regarding the toilets, as they are standard residential toilets installed in the home. We were pleased to hear the home's layout was comfortable for your large group and that everyone had plenty of space and a bed. Our goal at Heights Haven Retreat is always to provide a great experience, and we encourage guests to communicate any issues during their stay so we have the opportunity to make things right rather than learning about them only after checkout. Thank you again.

Thank you Brandon for this great review. We’re so happy that you enjoyed your stay with us at Heights Haven Retreat. Your recommendation means a lot and we look forward to welcoming you back again!

Kim & Curt, Thank you so much for your thoughtful review! We're so glad the layout worked well for your family and that everyone from the kids to the adults, had their own space to relax and enjoy their stay. We designed the home to be comfortable for larger groups, so it's wonderful to hear that the different gathering areas and large dining table made a difference.
