Great location on Escanaba's south side. Walk down the street to enjoy a pickleball match at Veteran's Park. Also walking distance (or a short drive) to local beaches, the bandshell, various shops, restaurants, and the Escanaba Country Club.

Off street parking available in the private driveway which will accommodate 1-2 vehicles, or better yet - bring your boat! The home is just minutes away from Ludington Park, Escanaba Municipal Marina, and several other local launches.

While air conditioning is rarely needed in the UP, it can occasionally get sweaty in the summer months. This home will have A/C available mid-June through mid-September.

Guests will have access to the whole home with the exception of the unfinished basement. Guests may enter through the front or side door and will be given an access code (keyless entry) prior to arrival that will work for the duration of the stay.
