I wanted to believe the pics posted was an accurate reflection of what I was getting, but now I know why there was not even 1 review posted for this property. I arrived a whole day after my actual check-in due to American Airlines flight cancelation due to very bad weather. The setup was the way it looked in the pictures, but as far as cleanliness was concerned...this place had clearly not been cleaned in weeks...maybe even months. I kept my luggage at the front door & called the host right away to report my concerns. She didn't answer my call, so I sent her a text message & she eventually responded to my text saying she apologized for this "inconvenience" & would contact her "cleaners" to get the place cleaned...I'm talking filth under the bed (including an empty Snapple juice bottle, a slipper, dust, debris from paper and plastic wrappings), the furniture & decor was covered in dust, & some items were clearly broken or damaged, the drawers had crumbs, dust, dirt, and either left behind items by whoever was using the drawers before. The bathrm showed signs of dirt, stains, gunk, dirt & debris all over the floor, toilet, sink & shower & shower glass...2 spider webs (with spider) in the shower, orange stains on the shower tile grout...disgusting! And the final straw was a centipede crawling on the wall over the nightstand as I was on the phone with Vrbo. I sent them pics of everything b4 I left to go to a hotel. Cleaners never came.
