Welcome to our cozy Arlington townhome-style duplex! Just minutes from DCA, the National Mall, and downtown DC, this stay is located in the Penrose neighborhood, a quiet residential neighborhood with prime access to public transportation. This home is close to it all, but with space to breathe.
This unit features a private keyless entrance, 4 private bedrooms sleeping up to 8, driveway parking for 2 cars, free street parking, a full kitchen, and a private fenced patio/yard.
The first floor of this home features a kitchen with gas stove, cookware & fully stocked spice cabinet, stainless steel appliances, and a spacious living room with an electric fireplace and smart tv.
The dining area features a dining table with seating for up to 6 (including 2 extra barstools), a coffee station with a drip coffee maker, and complimentary coffee, filters, tea & sugar.
On the lower level, you’ll find a suite with its own separate entrance, a queen bed, a full bathroom, a washer/dryer and a kitchenette.
On the second floor, you’ll find three private bedrooms and a well appointed bathroom stocked with complimentary toiletry essentials.
Outdoors, enjoy a private patio and yard space complete with a fire pit and grill, and a spacious landscaped yard.
Public Transportation information:
This location is bike-able to the monuments with Capital City Bike rentals (available 1 block away), walkable to nearby shops & restaurants on Columbia Pike, and public transit is readily available via bus lines running directly in front of our home. The Metro bus connects directly to the Clarendon and Pentagon City Metro stations.

Pentagon City Station (Blue/Yellow Lines)
