Nestled between Felanitx and Porreres, the 170 m² Finca Casa Ailen is situated in the interior of the popular Balearic island. Due to its quiet location and the surrounding natural environment dominated by fields, the finca is particularly suitable for family holidays. The beautiful, rural holiday house, with a typical Majorcan stone façade, has a cosy living/dining room with high ceilings, wooden roof beams and a furnace, a very well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (2 with a king-size bed and one with 3 single beds), 2 bathrooms and a half-bath. It can therefore accommodate 7 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a TV, a baby cot and a high chair. From the living room, you have access to the furnished veranda, decorated with blooming plants and which offers a great view into the garden. The large, well-kept lawn and the private pool - lined with sun loungers and sunshades - ensure relaxing hours on warm summer days. There is also a barbecue area for preparing fresh meals, outdoor showers for refreshment and a ping pong table for entertainment. Sights, shops, restaurants, bars and cafés can be reached in 9 km or 14 minutes by car in Felanitx and fantastic beaches like the Platja des Trenc or the Cala d'or are about 23 km away from the accommodation.
