Sunset Chalet Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin was beautiful. The location was great. The only issue was cleanliness. There was dust, hair, and dirt on counters, in tubs, and bathroom sinks. One bedroom had stains on the top sheet. Once there are stains, just throw it away. The amount of money charged for the cabins is enough to buy new linen and towels.

I overall had a good stay. The beginning of the stay was horrible when we arrived the cabin had not been cleaned it was late and we had to find a hotel to stay for the night as the beds were not made. We did reach out to both the host and VRBO. I will say VRBO costumer service was awful. The host was top notch had someone right out to clean the cabin and make it right. I would recommend the cabin overall and stay again if we came back to the area using the host.
