Inside, the home offers three comfortable queen bedrooms plus a welcoming living room for gathering and relaxing. For additional sleeping flexibility, we provide a twin-size bed with a bed frame and mattress that can be easily set up anywhere in the house, as well as a queen-size air mattress that inflates easily and can be placed where it’s most convenient for your group.

Music lovers will appreciate the upright piano, a special touch that adds warmth and character to the home and is available for guests to enjoy.

The home features two full bathrooms:

One bathroom includes a bathtub/shower combination, ideal for guests who prefer a tub.

The spacious master bathroom offers his-and-hers sinks and a large walk-in shower, providing a comfortable and relaxing experience (please note: this bathroom does not have a bathtub).

Heating and air conditioning throughout the home ensure year-round comfort.

Step outside to the backyard and enjoy the covered patio with a seating area, perfect for morning coffee, relaxing afternoons, or evening conversations. With no homes directly behind the property, the backyard opens to a distant view of a soccer field, creating a sense of openness and privacy. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful, offering a calming retreat that still feels welcoming and not isolated.
