The staff was fast to respond when we had any issues or questions. The only issue, and it wasn’t an issue per se, there could be more pots, pans, and dishes available, maybe even small appliances, such as crockpots and keurigs.

Nice location but missing aminites

Reviewer Comments: location was good, very accessible and beautiful but the cabin from inside was not upto the expectations. the soap bars where inside the hand wash basin, there was no vaccum cleaner, no iron, no toys at all for kids. The door lock was also difficult to operate.

One thing that was a little challenging was the narrow winding road to get to the resort. Restaurants and shopping were about 20-30 minutes away again on narrow winding roads. The ice maker didn’t work and the remote for the living room tv didn’t work until I realized that the batteries were in backward. The floors definitely need some updating as you wake up the entire three floors with the creaking stairs. Location is great and check in/out was very easy.

They didn't provide trash bags for the kitchen, so bring your own bags and toilet paper. Those are little things buy it makes a difference when considering returning. The property was as advertised. The condition was in line for the level of money spent in comparison to the many resorts around the area. Quiet, wooded, and isolated from others in the resort.
