Thank you for the 5-star review! Glad the house was clean, had plenty of parking and space for your group, and that the beach access worked well. We appreciate the note about the pool size and will review the listing photos and description so expectations match reality. We’d love to host you again.

Thank you for staying with Liquid Life at ERR - Extra R&R and for the helpful feedback. I’m sorry the towel supply and kitchen items caused inconvenience — we’ve asked our turnover team to add extra towels for larger groups, replace the can opener, and add a strainer bowl to the kitchen. Glad to hear you enjoyed the kitchen and overall had a nice stay. We’d be happy to host you again.

Thank you for choosing Liquid Life! We appreciate the 5-star review and are glad the pool, games, barbecue, and fire pit provided a relaxing spot during your son's wedding celebration. We look forward to welcoming you back soon!

Thank you for the feedback. I’m sorry the pool was green on arrival — that should not have happened and I understand your concern. We had our pool service treat and shock the pool, retest the water chemistry, and clear any algae. Maintenance will inspect the equipment and we’re increasing arrival-day checks during high-use periods to prevent this from recurring. If you’re willing, please message us through Vrbo with your reservation dates so we can review what happened and confirm the fixes. Thank you for letting us know.

Thank you for staying at ERR - Extra R&R. I’m very sorry your stay fell short of expectations — that is unacceptable. We’re taking these actions immediately: - Schedule a licensed, professional pest-control inspection and treatment with follow-up visits to fully address the infestation. - Deep‑clean and sanitize the kitchen and any affected areas; remove and replace any contaminated consumables or soft goods as required. - Conduct a full unit inspection to identify and seal entry points and remove attractants; fix any maintenance issues that contributed to the problem. - Review our on‑call/hotline escalation process so reports receive timely follow-up from management. - Retrain housekeeping and update the turnover checklist to check specifically for pest signs before every new arrival. Please message us through Vrbo with your reservation dates and any photos you can share so we can review your stay and prioritize next steps. Your feedback helps us improve. Liquid Life

Thank you for staying at ERR - Extra R&R. I’m sorry your stay fell short of expectations. I appreciate the notes about the house, proximity to the beach, and the pool. I’ve flagged your reservation with our operations, maintenance, and guest services teams to investigate the repeated HVAC failures, the slow repair response, and the emergency-line communications you experienced. We’ll prioritize a full service/inspection of the unit and review our procedures so future issues are handled more quickly and clearly. Please message us through Vrbo with your stay dates and any additional details so we can review the reservation and discuss appropriate compensation. — Liquid Life
