The dining area features a beautiful, tropical inspired glass-top table with seating for meals, games, or morning coffee. Nearby, you’ll find a charming coffee bar setup—perfect for easing into the day before heading out. The coffee bar is fully equipped with a nice dual function coffee maker (single serve or full pot). Regular and decaf coffee, tea, sugar and sweeteners and creamer and of course some colorful coffee cups.

House Rules:
- No parties or unregistered guests
- Quiet hours 10 PM – 7 AM
- No smoking or vaping indoors
- No pets with the exception of service animals
- Lock doors & windows when leaving
- AC must stay between 70–80°F
- Tidy up after yourself, especially in kitchen
- Use provided beach towels when leaving the home (not bath towels)
- Report any accidental damage immediately
- Check-in 3 PM • Check-out 11 AM
-Report any broken or damaged items, whether it is something you noticed or something you damaged.
Any damaged or missing items will be charged to your card upon check out. If the damage was unintentional and not significant, we can discuss whether you will be responsible or not.

- Please be aware of the speed bump on your way into and out of the carport. Especially if you are parking your motorcycle in there.
***If you do plan to park your motorcycle in the carport, please carefully pull in and turn your bike around to face the house. That way, when you exit, you do not have to back up over a speed bump. That can be very difficult and dangerous.
