Amazing location
Pros: Wake up to the sound of goat bells, to the sunrise over the mountains, to a dip in the huge private pool. It cannot be understated how beautiful the location is.
We stayed as a couple with a dog which is a little pricey per person for sure. But our dog had his best life. We did visit dog beaches and had a lovely early morning circuit of the Alcúdia old town, but mostly he just spent his time wandering the property. A couple of warm afternoons we drenched him in the outdoor shower and he was full of beans again. This has been the best dog-friendly property we have stayed in anywhere.
Communication with the owner was great and he was helpful in providing a charger after ours broke and the shops had closed.
The kitchen has what you need to cook yourself and there’s a large fridge-freezer. Before you arrive buy water and Nespresso pods.
Cons: I agree with some other reviews that the house interior is a little rustic and not exactly modern. The approach road is probably not for the timid. It’s nowhere near any services. But this is not in any way something we “did not enjoy”.
