Getting Around:

We recommend using a rental car, taxi, or private transport, as distances in Tulum can be considerable. Playa Paraíso is a 12-minute drive away, and Tulum Ruins are only 8 minutes from the condo. Electric bikes and scooters are also available nearby.

Suitable for children (2-12 years old) Enter and leave the property at the times indicated for check-in and check-out. Always treat service staff with respect and dignity. Immediately report any damage or incident on the property. Smoking is permitted in outdoor areas. After 10 p.m., loud music is not permitted, and we ask that you maintain a moderate noise level. Do not exceed the number of guests in the reservation. Do not climb on the couches with shoes on. No pets allowed.
