The primary suite features a king bed, while the second bedroom includes two double beds, offering plenty of sleeping space for families and groups. The living room also includes a sofa bed, allowing the condo to accommodate additional guests. Expansive windows bring in natural light and uninterrupted views of the Atlantic throughout the unit.

Inside, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit laundry, and free high-speed WiFi for a convenient and comfortable stay. Fresh sheets and towels are provided, along with a generous starter package that includes soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies, coffee, creamer, sugar, and basic spices.

PLEASE NOTE: The building requires payment of a $60 parking fee in the summer. This fee is subject to change at the building's discretion and the guest will be responsible for this fee.

Upon booking confirmation, guests will be sent a digital rental agreement to sign. This agreement must be signed in order to access the property. The agreement contains the following information:

Guests must remove trash and start the dishwasher with any dirty dishes at checkout.
No Smoking & Pets: Smoking inside the property is prohibited. Service Animals are permitted, pets are not.
Noise & Parties: No excessive noise or parties. Please respect neighbors.
Property Care: Guests must maintain the property in good condition and report any damages immediately.
Balcony Railings: Towels and clothing may not be hung on balcony railings.
The minimum age to book is 25. The person who books must stay at the property.
Guests are responsible for damages beyond normal wear and tear.
Guests are required to report any cleanliness concerns within one (1) hour of arrival. Reports made after this window has passed will not be eligible for refunds or remediation related to the initial condition of the unit.

Cancellation Policy:
For a full refund, you'll have to cancel at least 30 days before check in. If you cancel 7-30 days before check in, you'll receive a 50% refund. If cancelling within 7 days, no refund will be issued.

Before you head out:
1. Take out the trash.
2. Load and start the dishwasher.
3. Check for any personal belongings. Shipping items to your address will result in a minimum $35 fee.
