From the entryway—which features a convenient storage room with a washing machine and a coat rack—you turn immediately left into the shower room with natural light and a large, walk-in summer rain shower. <br><br>In the heart of the home, ceilings up to 5 meters high create a cozy atmosphere. The modern, fully equipped kitchen opens onto the dining and living area. At the dining table with 5 chairs, you can enjoy freshly prepared meals with the whole family, and in the living room, the flat-screen TV and family games provide great entertainment. <br><br>From the living area, you can step out onto the large south-facing terrace—which can be covered if desired—featuring a rattan lounge and seating area for relaxing. <br><br>The master bedroom, with a double bed and large closet, offers plenty of storage space for your luggage. <br>In the children’s room, the bunk bed offers a pull-out third sleeping option.<br><br>The penthouse is designed to be barrier-free in all rooms and is equipped throughout with underfloor heating, dimmable lighting, and Wi-Fi.
