Our beautiful home is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, just a short drive from Manasota Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in the area and also very famous for its shark teeth hunting and shells collecting. Spend your days swimming, sunbathing, or exploring spectacular local beaches and return to the comfort of our home in the evening to relax and recharge. Designed with comfort, stile and relaxation in mind our open floor house can accommodate 6 guests comfortably. Upon entering, you connect the spacious great room, fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Our modern open-concept house features 3 bedrooms.
• The main bedroom includes a king-size bed, built-in closet, Smart TV, and private full bathroom.
• Two additional bedrooms offer queen-size bed and two full-size beds, built-in closets, and a shared full bathroom. Two bathrooms provide a shower and a bathtub, making it easy to refresh after a day of exploring. And of course, the best feature of our home is heated saltwater pool with comfortable patio furniture and roller shades built around the pool for more privacy and comfort.

Children: Must be supervised at all times.

Parties or Events: Not permitted at any time.

Smoking: Strictly prohibited inside or outside the home.

Overnight Guests: Only guests listed in the original booking are allowed to stay overnight. Any visitors must leave the property by 10 PM.

Furniture & Property Care
Please do not rearrange furniture.
Patio furniture must remain outside.
Indoor furniture should not be moved outdoors.

Cleaning & Maintenance
Cleaning service is performed biweekly. It can be extra charge.

The home is on a septic/well system:
Do not flush anything other than human waste and toilet paper.
Do not use chlorine in the system.

Pool & Outdoor Area
No glass or breakable tableware is allowed in the lanai or pool area.

No grill or open flames are permitted anywhere on the property.

Security & Safety
The property is equipped with video surveillance for your safety:
A video doorbell monitors the front entrance.
One camera above the garage door monitors the driveway and front yard.
There are no cameras inside the home, ensuring your complete privacy.

Damages & Penalties
Any damages must be reported and paid for before departure.

No pets allowed.

Violation of house rules may result in a $500 fine.
