Why not spend your next vacation in the beautiful Eifel region (not a flood-prone area)? In addition to wonderful hiking and biking trails, you’ll find a variety of attractions in the surrounding area, such as Eltz Castle, the Nürburgring, and the Moselle River with its ancient wine-growing villages. If you’d like to take a stroll through the city… the cities of Trier and Koblenz are easily accessible via the highway and are definitely worth a visit.

Our house, “Am Aller-liebsten,” features two apartments. Both apartments were completed in 2020 with great attention to detail. You can expect comfortable amenities in a modern design.

Amenities: Flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, dishwasher, oven, ceramic cooktop, refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric kettle, toaster, blender, coffee maker, hair dryer, controlled ventilation system with filtered fresh air, patio furniture.
A washing machine and dryer are located in the utility room on the first floor and can be used free of charge.

Apartment 2 measures 80 m² and features a 14 m² balcony with a view of the greenery. The apartment consists of a spacious living area with a modern kitchen, a bathroom, a storage room, a bedroom with a double bed, and a sleeper sofa in the living area. The high-quality mattress is 1.40 m wide.

The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people.

You can park right in front of the house and have the option to charge an electric car using the 22-kW wall box provided.
