The apartment does not have a balcony, but there is a cozy terrace behind the house with a view of the greenery, rustic wooden furniture, and a stone grill. A clothes drying rack and two bicycles are available free of charge. This is a non-smoking apartment. The beach and the Baltic Sea coast are just a 10-minute walk away. The Stubbenfelde section of the beach is quiet and not too crowded. The nearest shopping area is about 1 km away. The vacation rental is very centrally located, between the Baltic Sea and the Achterwasser. All coastal towns and attractions are easily and quickly accessible. The train station is just a 2-minute walk away. Perfect for cyclists, as the well-maintained bike path between Wolgast and Ahlbeck runs right past the entrance.
