Our little gem for (newly) in love couples and singles. A sunny, dollhouse-like apartment, well-maintained and fully equipped. Bathroom with shower, large terrace, parking, Wi-Fi (high-speed Internet), max. 2 dogs. Distance to the beach: approx. 1.5 and 2.5 km.<br><br>Our “little one” is full of charm—and offers the same comfort as our “big ones”—providing everything you need for cozy days in the “Bülk” apartment during your relaxing vacation! <br>A cozy living/bedroom with a sleeper sofa (160x200 with a single pull-out bed), a dining area, a kitchenette, and a modern bathroom (approx. 4 sqm) with a walk-in shower. Above this is an additional sleeping loft (approx. 3 sqm) with a slatted frame, accessible via a space-saving staircase (approx. 90 kg weight capacity). There is Wi-Fi (high-speed Internet), satellite TV, a radio/CD player, a safe for valuables, and a variety of books. <br>The kitchenette is fully equipped with plenty of dishes, a 2-burner stove, a microwave with grill and convection functions, a tabletop dishwasher, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster. Large south-facing terrace, patio furniture, bike shelter, and 1 parking space right next to the house.<br><br>The apartment is located in a small guesthouse and is equipped with the property’s own mattress protectors, pillows, and blankets; please bring your own beach towels and blankets. You can rent linens from us; to do so, you must book the “Linen Box per Person” option. You will receive the (booked) linen box at our office upon arrival.<br><br>Friendly, house-trained dogs are welcome “guests,” and a maximum of 2 small dogs may accompany you in this apartment. They must be registered and may not be left alone in the accommodation. One-time final cleaning surcharge: €30.00 per dog. Other pets are not permitted. Two dog-friendly beaches—one on the cliffs and one in Heidkate—are within easy walking distance (approx. 2 and 4 km from our house). The Heidkate beach even features a water sports school, restrooms, and a snack bar. Just 100 m from the Bülk apartment is the start of the popular hiking trail for morning walks through fields and meadows.<br><br> We recommend occupancy for up to 2 people; this apartment is not suitable for large dogs.<br>Included in the price are: <br>Wi-Fi (high-speed internet), 1 parking space, and all utilities. <br><br>Discover the diversity and beauty of the surrounding area.<br>Wendtorf on the Bay of Kiel, with endless fine-sand beaches, dunes, a lagoon, and saunas. Unwind and enjoy long walks or bike rides along the coast all the way to Kiel or to the beautiful villages of the Probstei region.<br><br>The supermarket—with a café terrace, skate park, and children’s adventure area—is about 600 meters away, and the bike rental shop is about 900 meters away.<br>It doesn’t get any fresher than this: fish caught that very day, straight from the boat, is available at the marina, about 900 meters from your apartment—where you can also enjoy hot meals.<br>A sauna trailer with a view of the Baltic Sea, a large children’s adventure park, a skate park, tennis courts, and much more are all located right in town. Take advantage of beauty and wellness treatments, which you can book at the spa hotel within walking distance (indoor and outdoor pools available).<br>On the beach, there’s a water sports school that rents out equipment such as SUPs and surfboards. Small playgrounds along the newly redesigned promenade, an ice cream parlor, and Steffen Henssler’s Ahoi restaurant—perched on a hill with a unique view of the marina—are now open. Another attraction in Wendtorf is the indoor arcade at the start of the promenade.
