803A S Bald Head Wynd, "Starfish and Coffee", is a duplex. All areas of the home are private with no shared spaces, but the home does share a wall with 803B S Bald Head Wynd. Homes on BHI does not manage 803B S Bald Head Wynd.

***GOLF COURSE CLOSURE*** - From November 2026 to October 2027, the BHI Club Golf Course will be closed for a rejuvenation project. See the BHI Club website for full details. The front nine holes are currently scheduled to remain open from 11/9/26 until 1/4/27. Then the entire course will be closed until a currently estimated date of 10/5/27. No refunds or exceptions to cancellation policies will be provided for home rentals due to the golf course closure. (Notice Posted: 8/14/26)

A guest room located on the second floor contains a full-size bed and a bunk bed set and another beautiful full bath.
