The home features one king, two queens, and one double-twin bedroom each with luxurious linens. Designer furnishings and finishes have been thoughtfully chosen to make each room a unique and welcoming space (including blackout curtains and luggage racks). Each bed is outfitted with a Leesa Foam Mattress and extra bedding and pillows to ensure you have a comfortable sleep during your stay.

This meticulous home features two full bathrooms with brand new fixtures, upgraded lighting and mirrors, and new countertops. The en-suite master bathroom has a walk-in shower and is accessible to all guests through a secondary door. The additional full guest bathroom has a shower/tub combo. Each bathroom is stocked with the essentials you need during your stay, including plush towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and hair dryers.

The large, fully-equipped kitchen features NEW stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops (counter seating for 6), and all the cookware and utensils you’ll need to create meals for a group with a view of the backyard pool. To help you get your morning caffeine fix, we have a Keurig coffee machine - pods included! Create some tasty charcuterie with multiple serving boards and utensils. Enjoy your meals at the formal dining table (seating for six), the round table (seating for four), the 14' kitchen counter, or take your food outside to enjoy poolside.

The BONUS room with a/c unit is great for an additional living space or a private work area.

As a guest of our lovely home, you will have access to all of the amenities that come with it.
Other things to note
Pool heating is available for an additional charge of $30/day. The pool heater can only heat the pool to about 20° above the air temperature. Please contact host to inquire.

There is a ring camera on the front door and backyard for security purposes.

Driveway parking is available. The garage is not accessible to guests and is reserved for staff/maintenance.
