Coastal Cottage is a charming 3-bedroom, 2-bath waterfront retreat nestled along the Saint Martin River in Ocean Pines, Maryland. Designed for relaxed family vacations, this home blends classic coastal character with thoughtful comforts and spectacular open water views throughout.



Inside, the cottage features red oak floors, vintage cottage furnishings, and comfortable sleeping accommodations on Hotel Collection mattresses. The living area includes a Sony Bravia HDTV with Blu-ray DVD player, a Sony loud speaker sound system, and family cable programming, creating a cozy space for evenings after a day on the water. The kitchen is fully equipped for home-cooked meals and includes a Cuisinart drip coffee maker, Nespresso coffee maker, electric grinder, and blender.



Outdoor living is a highlight of this home. The furnished screened porch offers shaded relaxation, while the expansive sun deck provides front-row seats to sunrise and sunset over the river. Guests may enjoy crabbing, fishing, or tying up their boat at the private dock—no Maryland fishing permit is required. Crab cages and a crab pot are provided for guest use.



From the moment you arrive, we want you to feel at home. That’s why we provide a complimentary starter kit with essentials for your stay. The kit includes body soap, shampoo, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, and a sponge—everything you need to get settled in right away.



All linens and bath towels are included with your stay, and every bed will be freshly made before you arrive.

This home is located within the Ocean Pines Vacation Resort Community, a private residential community. Optional daily or weekly memberships for golf, tennis, and more than four swimming pools are available for purchase through the Ocean Pines Association or at participating facilities. Please note: Ocean Pines has a designated kayak launch area in Pintail Park.



Guests must follow all Ocean Pines community rules during their stay.

✹ There is an E lock at the top of the stairs. There is no elevator and the living space is located up these stairs.

Please keep in mind that beach life sometimes brings shifting weather, town celebrations, or nearby construction. You may also encounter local wildlife such as seagulls, raccoons, foxes, or the occasional bug. Our homes are treated regularly, but a touch of the outdoors is part of Ocean City’s natural charm.



If something feels off — whether it’s an appliance not working correctly or an unexpected maintenance issue — please let us know right away. A quick photo helps, and our team typically responds promptly to resolve anything with as little disruption as possible. While these types of issues don’t qualify for refunds, we’ll always do our best to make your stay smooth.

All rentals include our full linen and towel package. Every bed will be made before you arrive, and each guest receives one bath towel along with fresh sheets and pillowcases.



Please respect the home as if it were your own. An additional $500 excessive cleaning fee may apply if the property is left in unacceptable condition.



Ocean Pines Association (OPA) enforces Worcester County rules concerning “unreasonable noise” and disturbance standards. OPA will enforce community rules if noise becomes a nuisance. Disturbances may result in fines or removal without refund.
