Welcome to the Slopeside Timber Chalet, a warm and inviting ski-in/ski-out retreat perfect for families. Overlooking the ski-in area, you can relax inside while watching skiers come and go. The condo features a big living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and plenty of seating at the dining table and kitchen. The downstairs bedroom has a queen bed and bunk bed, while the upstairs loft (2nd bedroom) offers a queen bed. Comfortable, relaxed, and ideal for mountain memories. Perfect for families!
Located just steps from the village and ski lifts, you’ll enjoy easy access to dining, après-ski spots, and lift-serviced hiking trails in the summer. Whether you’re here for powder days or peaceful mountain escapes, this warm and welcoming condo delivers the ultimate Big White experience. For added convenience, the unit also includes an in-suite washer and dryer and a dedicated ski locker, making longer stays and ski days effortless.
The living room is a cozy mountain haven with views of snow-covered trees and the ski-out run. A comfortable fireplace, large vaulted ceilings, and a spacious couch create the perfect place to relax with friends and family. Adjacent to the living room, the dining area features a large wooden table, ideal for shared meals and gathering together after a day on the slopes.
The kitchen features a rustic cabin design with a convenient breakfast bar, comfortable dining table that extends to seat 8 people, all the essentials including a fridge, oven, and microwave. Warm wood accents create an inviting space that’s perfect for easy meals, morning coffee, or gathering together after a day on the mountain.
Retreat upstairs to the loft bedroom, which features a comfortable queen bed with crisp linens and a cozy comforter. This is the second bedroom.
The primary bedroom features a queen bed along with a single bunk bed, making it perfect for families with kids.
The bathroom features a spacious sit-down steam shower designed for comfort and convenience. Clean, functional, and thoughtfully laid out, it’s ideal for unwinding and refreshing after a full day on the mountain.
When you book with Sierra Vacation Rentals, we make sure you`ll have everything you need during your stay. Your unit will include toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, coffee, tea, coffee filters, sugar, cooking oil, salt and pepper, aluminium foil, saran wrap, garbage bags, dish soap.
SKI IN/OUT ACCESS:
This property is located on the ski run `Moguls Track.` You can ski right into the back of the building. You`re a door away from the stairs down to get outside to the ski-in/out spot on floor 8. It is seconds to the ski out location. This is a true SKI IN/SKI OUT location!!!
Guests will have private access to the entire unit, including the living room, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen. Entry is via secure self check-in. Shared building amenities and ski-in/ski-out convenience ensure you’re close to everything Big White has to offer.
Located just outside of the village, when you park the car there will be no need to use it again! Ski in and ski out from multiple floors onto the Moguls Track. Within a 5 minute walk you find yourself nestled in the heart of the village where you can access numerous restaurants, shops, the market, the Gondola down to Happy Valley, or anything else you will want for your perfect getaway. Some of our favourite restaurants include Underground Pizza, Fourth Ace smokehouse, Sasquatch Sushi and the Cabin Kitchen and Bar!
Big White is approximately 55 minutes from Kelowna International Airport (YLW), with seasonal airport shuttles available. Once on the mountain, the village is entirely walkable, with lifts, dining, and shopping all just minutes away from your door.

Washer and Dryer in Unit
You will have ONE indoor assigned parking stall (all additional vehicles will need to park at Happy Valley parking lot - fees apply)
Additional Parking: Overnight parking is available by permit only at the Happy Valley Long-Term Parking Lot. Permits are required, and unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the owner`s expense.
Permit Costs:
Overnight Parking: $25 per night, per vehicle (no trailers allowed).
Weekly Parking: $125 per week, per vehicle (no trailers or RVs/campers allowed).
RV/Camper Parking: $50 per night, per RV/camper (maximum of 7 nights per season).
Ideal for families seeking a peaceful retreat. No parties or large events permitted.
Access to communal hot tub, sauna, ski locker and ski wax room in the Moguls Building. Please note that the hot tub and sauna are only open during the winter season.
Pet friendly - one dog - must be approved - There is a $75/additional cost that will be added to your stay
This property is a 100% Smoke Free property (no tobacco,
cannabis or vaping products). This includes NO SMOKING in the unit, on the balconies, or anywhere on the common property grounds. This policy is strictly enforced, with fines of $200 per incident. These fines are the responsibility of the guest in addition to any cleaning fee associated with infractions. Thanks in advance for abiding by this rule that makes it awesome for everyone!
Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am.

Total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed.
All trash and perishables must be disposed of and dishes washed before departure.
