Calgary International Airport is around a 23-minute car trip from the property and 1 Street Southwest/Centre Street Station is within walking distance. Suncor Energy Centre, the Calgary Public Library, and The Bow are a brief stroll away.

Every unit is sanitized and professionally deep-cleaned after each stay to ensure the health and safety of all of our guests.

You`ll be just...

- 23 minutes to Calgary Airport.
- 8 minutes to Calgary Public Library.
- 3 minutes to Central Memorial Park.
- 10 minutes Calgary Zoo.

To make the most of your trip, we always recommend guests bring their car to see all Calgary has to offer. If case you do not want to drive, the C-Train is a 13-minute walk down the block. There is also a bus station guests can access the rest of the city.

- The underground parking has a maximum height capacity of 6’10”.

- We require our guests to pick up a keyfob to enter the unit`s building nearby. This location is 7 minutes driving time away from the unit if you plan to check in after 10 PM.

-Late departure luggage drop-off is not allowed.

- The unit has a monitoring device called Noiseware. It does NOT record conversations. It only measures decibel levels to help us prevent loud music and noise complaints.

-One bedroom is an open den with a cozy queen bed. See photos for details!

- The City of Calgary plans to replace the water main line pipes on 12 Ave S.W. between 12 Ave and 13 Ave S.W. Work is scheduled to begin on May 8, 2026, and will continue until further notice. There will be multi-lane closures in some nearby areas. Temporary water shutdowns are expected for nearby buildings, along with street parking restrictions and/or closures. There may also be vibrations due to compaction.
Welcome to your home away from home! We have created a set of house rules to guide you through your stay. These are designed to protect our property, respect our neighbors, and ensure everyone has a pleasant experience.

Please take a moment to review our house rules, which include the following:

1. If faced with an unexpected problem inside the unit, guests must constructively collaborate with us in good faith and allow access so we have an opportunity to provide a resolution.

2. We strive to create a positive guest experience for everything within our unit. Guests shall not hold us accountable for things outside of our scope including, issues with travel, weather, events, construction, building matters or issues external to our unit.

3. Quiet hours are from 10PM to 6AM. Please keep the noise down during these times. No parties, gatherings or events.

4. Smoking of any kind is NOT allowed inside the property and the entire building premises.

5. Unauthorized early check-in and late check-outs will result in a charge of the nightly rate.

6. Unauthorized late check-out leading to the cancellation of upcoming guests will result in a charge equivalent to the next guest’s entire reservation.

7. This unit has a maximum capacity of 6 guests. Unregistered guests/s is strictly not allowed.

8. NO PETS allowed.

*Breach of any of the above House Rules may result in a fine of $200-500CAD (except #5 as it will be based on the nightly rate and #6 as it will be based on the next guest’s entire reservation).


9. We are not able to assist or accommodate in receiving mails. If you need to receive mail, you may take advantage of Canada Post`s FLEX service, which allows you to choose a post office nearby where you want the item to be delivered or rent a personal box in the nearest Canada post office to receive your packages.

10. Please check your belongings before you leave. Hosts are not liable for any lost or left items. While mailing could be arranged, any related costs will be covered by the guest.
