LOCATION! Stay in the heart of The Villages—only a 3-minute golf-cart ride or 10-minute walk to Lake Sumter Landing’s restaurants, shops, and nightly live music.
We named this home “Our Village Gem 3” because it’s our third Villages property and has the same comfort, care, and attention to detail that our guests love. The location, in the Village of Virginia Trace, offers peace and privacy just steps from the action.

The Home
Enjoy an open, light-filled floor plan designed for relaxing or entertaining. After a round of golf or an evening at the Square, unwind on the sofa with the Smart TV, or stream a favorite show in either bedroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, and utensils, and fresh linens and towels are provided—just bring your suitcase and settle in.

Few homes are this close to Lake Sumter Landing. Walk, bike, or take the golf cart to restaurants, shopping, and free nightly entertainment. From this central Virginia Trace location you’ll have access to over 50 golf courses (14 championship, 40+ executive), multiple recreation centers, pools, fitness, pickleball, tennis, and more. Golf is free for Lifestyle ID holders on Executive Courses, with small fees for Championship play.

We love heading to the Square for happy hour and live music and dancing every night. Nearby Country Clubs offer great dining and entertainment, or you can enjoy a quiet meal at home. A convenient ALDI grocery store is nearby at Stillwater and Morse for all your essentials.
