Villa Maggiore on Watersong

This beautifully located villa near Orlando/Davenport sits on the magnificent Watersong Resort and features dual air conditioning for year-round comfort. The southwest-facing private pool and luxurious spa enjoy sunshine all day on the pool deck.

Inside, the home offers two separate lounge areas, plus a third space on the second floor set up as a private cinema room with a projector, along with an air hockey table.

The spacious modern kitchen includes a breakfast area and is complemented by a separate dining area. Both offer seating for 6 guests.

Bedrooms:

There is one en-suite primary bedroom on the ground floor, this room has a king bed and a large flatscreen TV. In the bathroom you'll find a double vanity, walk in shower, bathtub and separate toilet.

On the second floor there are four additional bedrooms and three bathrooms

Second Master Suite: King bed, TV, walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom with in shower tub, single vanity, and toilet.

Two Twin Bedrooms: Each with nightstands, dressers, and closets, sharing a bathroom with tub/shower combo, toilet, and vanity.

Queen Bedroom: nightstands, dresser, closet and bathroom in the hallway with in tub shower, toilet and single vanity.

🔑 Good to Know

The house is Self-Catering but we provide a starter kit with essentials:
*1 extra toilet paper roll per bathroom
*1 paper towel roll
*2 trash bags
*2 laundry pods
*2 dishwasher pods
*1 small bottle of dish detergent
*1 small hand soap per bathroom

*-Guests are encouraged to bring or purchase: paper products, soaps, detergent, coffee, filters, etc.
*Daily maid service is not included. Guests are responsible for cleaning during their stay.

👋 Guest Access
You’ll have exclusive access to the entire home, excluding the owner's closets. Our professional management team is available in person or by phone to assist you during your stay.

🚫 House Rules (Strictly Enforced)

*No Smoking: $350 + tax cleaning fee will be charged if violated
*No Pets Allowed: Same fee applies if violated; immediate eviction without refund
*No Parties or Events
*Maximum Occupancy: 10 guests
*Lead guest must be present during the entire stay
*Noise should be kept to a minimum, especially early morning and late evening
*Quiet hours: 10 PM – 7 AM (community enforced).

Other things to note
Pool and/or spa heating is available for an additional fee of $30 per day.
Guests also have access to the resort clubhouse, featuring a swimming pool and fitness area.
We don't have a BBQ available but we'll provide you with addresses for rental companies, please note it's not allowed to use the BBQ indoors and within the pool enclosure.
