THE CABIN

The Little Lake House is a thoughtfully designed, 1,175-square-foot, single-level retreat with no interior stairs. Vaulted ceilings, warm wood finishes and expansive windows fill the cabin with natural light while framing the surrounding forest and seasonal lake views.

Central heating and air conditioning keep the cabin comfortable throughout the year. Gather beside the indoor fireplace on cool evenings or step onto the wraparound deck to enjoy the peaceful wooded setting.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS

Primary bedroom: King bed, vaulted ceiling, sunrise view and Roku TV.

Second bedroom: Queen bed, forest view and Roku TV.

Both full bathrooms include plush towels and essential toiletries, making it easy for everyone to refresh after a day on the lake. A Pack ’n Play is available for younger guests.

KITCHEN, COFFEE & DINING

The full kitchen is designed for real cooking and includes:

Puckett Point Public Boat Launch

The local boat launch is approximately 400 yards away—about a 5-minute walk or 1-minute drive.

Turn right out of the driveway and continue to the end of the road. You’ll find a maintained concrete ramp and free paved parking with convenient access for boats, kayaks, paddleboards, fishing and swimming.

This quiet public put-in offers easy lake access without busy marina crowds. It does not have a dock, restrooms or marina services.

Hurricane Marina

Hurricane Marina is approximately 10 minutes away and offers:

• Waterfront restaurant
• Ship store with snacks and supplies
• Restrooms
• Full-service marina facilities

LOCATION

The cabin is tucked just off the Tennessee Scenic Byway, offering an away-from-it-all atmosphere without leaving you isolated.

• Local breweries and small-town restaurants

GUEST ACCESS

Guests have private access to the entire cabin, wraparound deck, hot tub, fire pit and driveway throughout their stay. Smart-lock self-check-in makes arrival simple and flexible.

PARKING

The private driveway accommodates two vehicles plus a boat trailer up to 16 feet.

HOST INTERACTION

We respect your privacy and will not be on the property during your stay. After booking, we’re available through Vrbo to provide assistance and local recommendations.

DOG POLICY

One dog up to 40 pounds is welcome with prior approval and a $100 pet fee. Two small dogs may be considered if their combined weight does not exceed 60 pounds. Larger dogs require approval before booking.

Dogs must be crated when left unattended. The pet fee does not cover damage or excessive cleaning.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• No parties, large gatherings or unregistered guests
• Quiet hours are 10 p.m.–8 a.m.
• Exterior cameras monitor only the driveway and entrance
• There are no cameras inside the cabin or in private outdoor areas
