There are two (2) designated parking stalls for this unit. If bringing more than 2 vehicles, non-designated parking is available throughout the resort on a first-come first-service basis.

As such, we have no control over the availability, maintenance schedule, or operational status of these amenities. The pool and/or hot tub may be closed at any time without notice, including during your stay, due to maintenance, repairs, or HOA decisions. Because these amenities are outside of our control, we cannot guarantee their availability, and we do not offer refunds- partial or full- for their unavailability. By booking, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

After you`ve completed your booking, you will receive a registration link via email of which will direct you to sign and acknowledge the Escape VRM Rental Agreement. You will be required to complete this prior to receiving check-in instructions.
