- Requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and an optional security hold of $1,000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase an optional non-refundable $59 damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. This takes place on a separate website not associated with VRBO.

Guest access:
Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire property for the duration of their stay. This includes the entire house, the private fenced in backyard, the swimming pool, and the BBQ grill. Enjoy the convenience and privacy of your own space with an easy self check-in process.

- Must be 21+ years of age to book (ID verified).
- Guests that are not on the reservation are not permitted.

Pool Safety:
The safety of our guests is a top priority. Please ensure children are supervised at all times, especially in the backyard and pool area. The pool is professionally serviced on a Wednesday and Saturday mornings. Further details about the home will be shared in your check-in instructions.

Small Animals/Insects:
Please note that even though we have a pest control service, there is always a possibility of seeing and/or hearing small animals and insects in and around the house.
