Just two blocks from the WaterColor Beach Club and Boathouse Pool, and steps from shops and dining, this first-floor corner unit offers the perfect blend of relaxation and convenience. Park the car—you won't need it to enjoy everything WaterColor has to offer.
This inviting, single-level condo features a full kitchen with stainless GE appliances and open living and dining spaces. The screened porch and open-air patio provide 272 sq ft of additional outdoor living space, including cushioned seating and an outdoor table for six—perfect for relaxing or entertaining. Enjoy scenic park views while soaking up the sun.

- King Suite: King bed, flat-screen TV, access to a private porch, ensuite bathroom with soaking tub and walk-in shower with spa and handheld shower heads
