Candy was a great guest. Stayed in communication about details and left house according to instructions. Will be happy to rent again.

Thank you for your great review. Yes it is wonderful for families and also for a group of friends who want to have a very special time. A great platform for people who like to cook together or like to be spoiled with their own chef, beauty services and massages right at home. Prefer to eat out? A diverse number of restaurants are awaiting you. Want to walk on the beach for miles and hold hands? Ride a horse on the beach? Go paddling? Mountain biking? Snorkeling, fishing, sailing? Golf? Zip lining? Desert riding? Swim with the dolphins? Take long naps in the shade in a hammock? Rock out under the moonlight by the light of a fire pit? It's all at the villa or neighborhood.

Thanks for your great review. We are so glad that our villa made you feel welcomed and relaxed and your time there was memorable. We aim to make our guests feel at home in every spot of the house.

We chose our lot and oriented this architecturally designed home to be able to experience sunrise and sunset, ocean and mountains and golf courses in between. We included spaces so that our guests who love to be out in the sun as well as those who love the sun but prefer to be outside in the shade could suit themselves by the pool or on one of the five decks. If your party loves adventure and discovery there is plenty of whale watching, fishing, swim with the dolphins, biking, hiking, zip lining, surfing, diving, snorkeling, SUP, etc. minutes away. If on the other hand you are ready to kick back and just relax, this is also the place for you. Listen to the ocean waves as you fall asleep in your very comfortable bed, hear the sound of rushing water from the indoor cascading water feature. Relax on one of the many decks or pool side as you listen to the outside pool fountain. Read a book while partially immersed in the zero gravity chairs under the pergola that covers the shady part of the pool. Sit by the roof top fire pit under the enormous Cabo star show. Want to feel pampered? Our concierge can arrange massage services, manicures, pedicures at home or go to our private and intimate beach club and receive your massage right on the beach or treat yourself to the food or beverage service while sitting by the infinity pool. If you are having a special celebration or prefer to eat at home we can assist you with chef services for any or all your meals. You design your vacation and we will assist you to make your special wishes come true.

Please note the 5 star reviews from 10 years of renting our home, we certainly regret the unfortunate occurrences with this guest. The guests review does not include vital details; such as the very unusual and out of the norm storm & weather during their visit. There were 5 inches of rain & high winds over a very short period. When we got information regarding the storm, we mobilized workers to prevent problems from the near hurricane situation unfolding. Most homes & hotels in area experienced similar problems. We also had unusual rain for this time of year prior to their arrival and had hired a reputable contractor for roof repairs. Obviously it wasn’t enough to prevent the bedroom leak, from the abnormal storm conditions. The guest also did not close many windows and the rain got in and damaged some walls. We offered the guests an extra bed for one of their children as there were 3 extra rooms, until the next day, when we could find and recommend another rental in our beautiful high end neighborhood for them. However, they chose to move to one of the most expensive hotels in Cabo and did not accept our recommendation. To settle the issue we contacted VRBO and followed their recommendations, this included returning over half of the rental amount. We cannot control nature or the unusual weather that occurred during their stay. Our home has been exchanged & rented over the past 10 years and again, we have never had anything but 5 star ratings. Our home is just 10 years old & fully equipped with extraordinary attention to details and it’s very well stocked. We regret the unfortunate turn of events for this guest.

You left everything so tidy and know you went out of the way to do so. Also, we really appreciated that you used minimal energy which lets us know you were conscientious about turning the lights off that you were not using.
