Enjoy a special stay in this vacation rental apartment inside of Salvador's Carnaval in Barra. Its prime location allows you to experience the best of the coast, with easy access to the beachfront, Farol da Barra lighthouse, bars, restaurants, cafés, and services, all within a short walk. The apartment is comfortable and ideal for those seeking practicality without giving up a charming sea view, perfect for relaxing, working remotely, or enjoying the city with ease.

Attention: Our apartment is currently undergoing a decor update. The dining area on the balcony is being enclosed with glass frames to provide more comfort for our guests. Additionally, we are making some design changes to further improve the experience of our guests.

The apartment, measuring 41m², features a kitchen equipped with a two-burner induction cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, exhaust hood, sandwich maker, blender, electric coffee maker, coffee machine, water purifier attached to the faucet, and a complete set of cookware. For added convenience, there is also a drying rack with clothespins available for daily use.

In the bedroom, guests will find a workstation with a chair, a 44" smart TV, air conditioning, blackout curtains, and a full-length mirror, ensuring comfort for both rest and remote work. The balcony is furnished with a table and chairs, perfect for relaxing moments during your stay.

The bathroom is equipped with a window, electric shower, and hairdryer.

The building features a café, Seven Wonders Café, which is open daily to make quick meals easy and comfortable for guests.

There is a new construction project underway next door, and the apartment's view may have changed during your stay.

This vacation rental offers comfort and convenience in a full-service condominium with a variety of leisure and practical amenities. Guests can enjoy a swimming pool with a hot tub, gym, playground, convenience market, meeting room/coworking space, and laundry facilities upon payment. The gourmet area is available by reservation, and the condominium also features a bike rack.

During the Salvador Carnival period, the use of the parking space is restricted and will not be available to guests. This is due to vehicle circulation restrictions imposed by the Salvador City Hall. During this period, the gym deck will also have restricted access and will not be available to guests.

The pool is usually closed on Mondays for treatment but may also be closed on other days if maintenance is required by the condominium administration.

The communication with guests is done as promptly as possible to make them feel welcomed, both through the platform and by phone.

Our check-in process is self-check-in, without my physical presence.

On any other day, you’ll find friends playing football on the sand, laughter over cold drinks, and that unmistakable Bahian smile that makes everyone feel at home.
