It's a fantastic place! Great amenities, good amount of space, I think it's well priced. There were some minor cleaning issues, but nothing we couldn't move past. Absolutely would stay again!

Very nice condo. Everything was as described. Only issue if looking to hang out at pool before check-in you are unable to get into pool without key and nowhere to change.

We had a great stay. Condo was very clean, plenty of beach and shower towels, kitchen was well stocked, lots of places to charge devices, and plenty of beach chairs. We enjoyed the pool and the beach was about a 10 minute walk but not crowded even on a Saturday at that access. Would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay again.

My family had a wonderful vacation at Kirk’s place! Communication with Kirk from booking to checkout was wonderful - quick to respond to any questions and very helpful. The home was perfect for our family. My dad has mobility issues and the home provided him a comfortable and safe place to be! I would highly recommend booking this condo!

The property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. One of our favorite features was the beautiful pool—perfect for cooling off after a day at the beach and a great place to relax with family and friends.We also loved that the property is truly pet-friendly, making it easy to bring our furry family member along for the trip. The location was ideal, close to the beach, restaurants, and local attractions while still being peaceful and quiet.The hosts were incredibly welcoming, responsive, and attentive, making the entire experience seamless from start to finish. It's not often you find a place that combines comfort, convenience, great amenities, and a pet-friendly atmosphere so well.We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Carolina Beach!

We had an amazing stay at this 3-bedroom condo in Carolina Beach with our friends and kids. The condo was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing family vacation. Our children had a wonderful time and loved being so close to the beach. The location was perfect — just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and local attractions. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the views were incredible. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked with quality cookware, utensils, and everything needed to prepare meals easily during our stay. The host was responsive, friendly, and made the entire process easy from start to finish. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to families looking for the perfect beach getaway!

This was by far the best home we've ever stayed in! Communication was stellar, and they anticipated our every question. The home was impeccably clean, right down to the tile grout. There was ample parking, right in front of the condo. They thought of everything! The shampoo and conditioner were even fantastic, and they left my hair so soft-not beachy at all. The beds are super comfortable. The towels provided are fluffy and soft. There is plenty of light, and lots of charger outlets. There's plenty of room for everyone to gather at the table or in the living room, but there's also space to spread out if you need some alone time. The deck is lovely, and the automatic screen door is a nice touch. The walk to the beach is scenic and includes a ton of little crabs in the evening. If you have travelers who need something like a rollator, it is a bit challenging. However, there are other options with less walking just a short drive away. There is even a little library in the neighborhood where you can grab a book, game, beach toy, or even a swim diaper. With the perfect level of communication, our host was thorough without being annoying or overbearing. Even the water pressure in the shower was great. I really can't say enough good things-although I would love to keep this gem to myself! My mom mentioned multiple times that she would definitely stay there again. And I agree!!!

THE PROPERTY WAS VERY CLEAN AND CLOSE TO VERYTHING WE NEEDED. THE BOAT DOCK WAS VERY ACCESSIBLE TO KEEP THE BOAT DOCKED. THE HOST WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND EASY TO GET IN TOUCH WITH. OUR KIDS ENJOYED THE POOL. WE WILL DEFINITELY GO BACK.

Great condo, close enough to the beach in a gated community. Pool was great. Condo has everything you need to be comfortable. Will be staying there again. The host has great communication.

The condo was very nice and clean. Check in was easy very quiet community. Nice 8 minute walk to ocean side from condo. Pricing was great. Great location on the island. Everyone enjoyed the vacation and would love to be back again next year.

This unit is absolutely lovely! It was well stocked with the essentials so you don’t have to run out to the market as soon as you arrive. (Except for food, of course.) The kitchen has very nice appliances, utensils, dinnerware, pots, etc. The pool and hot tub area was amazing. This host has thought of everything! Communication is also exceptional with the host. Always responded to my messages immediately.. I can’t say enough good things about this condo. We stayed for 4 nights and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!

We had a great stay with our 5 kids. Clean and well laid out so we didn’t feel cramped. The boardwalk stroll to the beach was beautiful and distance was not bad. It was great not to have to worry about beach parking. We also utilized the sound side beach one day for a change of pace. We were able to fish and paddle board there and we found buckets of hermit crabs. Pro Tip: The Barge looks like it is part of the private yacht club behind the property, however, we asked were told it is open to the public. We walked over for quick drink and live music on the water while the kids napped (older kids holding down the fort). The also utilized the community pool, hot tub, and grill. None of them are fancy but they were nice to have close by. Note: We tried to drive on the beach, which is allowed close to the property, however we were told only 4 wheel drive vehicles that say 4x4 on the back are allowed. Our AWD was turned away. Great property overall!
