The Adventure Lodge at Blue
Experience the ultimate Blue Mountain getaway in this expansive three-level chalet, boasting stunning mountain views and just minutes from Blue Mountain Village! Sleeping up to 14 guests, it’s the perfect space to relax and reconnect with family or friends. Inside, enjoy amenities like a sauna and foosball table, while outside, a private hot tub and firepit provide the perfect spot to unwind. Ideal for larger groups, this chalet combines the convenience of village access with the tranquility of a peaceful neighbourhood.
This is a classic style chalet with character, not a modern home. Situated in a residential neighbourhood, this is a laid back space tailored more for quiet gatherings than loud events.
Guests can unwind in the upstairs living area or the basement. On the top floor, you’ll find the primary living space complete with a Samsung Plus Smart TV. In the basement, you’ll find additional seating space and a foosball table.
Kitchen and dining
Located on the top floor, the expansive kitchen and dining area is equipped with all cookware, bakeware, cutlery, utensils, and both a drip and Keurig coffee maker, allowing everyone to gather on nights you’re not dining at one of Blue’s local restaurants! All you need is your food, spices, and coffee/filters!
Bedrooms and bathrooms
There are 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms in this chalet. All linens, pillows, and towels are provided.
Bedroom 1 (middle floor): Queen bed
Bedroom 2 (middle floor): Double bed
Bedroom 3 (middle floor): Two single beds
Bedroom 4 (upstairs): Queen bed
Bedroom 5 (basement): Double over double bunk bed
Basement: Double sofa bed
Outdoor area
This home has a large backyard where you’ll find a gas BBQ, private hot tub, fire pit, impressive gas fireplace, and basketball court. *Please note that due to The Blue Mountains By-Laws, the hot tub and fire pit can only be used between 7am-11pm. Additionally, the outdoor gas fireplace and fire pit are only available in the Summer.
Only minutes to Blue Mountain Resort and the Monterra Golf Course, there’s plenty of activities and delicious local restaurants nearby. Downtown Collingwood is just a 15 minute drive away.
Guest access and other details to note
- The driveway offers parking for 7 vehicles max.
- Guests can enjoy the convenience of having a washer/dryer available for use.
- This is an older building with character, not a modern home.
- While gatherings are welcome, please be mindful that some homes on this street are residential. Excessive noise is not permitted.

1) The occupancy of the property is restricted to the names listed. The Management Company must be notified by message of any changes to the occupancy. The number of people occupying the property shall not exceed what was entered at the time of booking. This includes all children and babies unless an exception is agreed upon with The Management Company.
2) The person booking the property must be 21 years of age or older and be always present for the duration of the rental period. This condition will be strictly enforced, failure to comply may result in immediate eviction from the property without refund.
3) The Renter agrees to leave the property and surrender the keys/parking passes upon check-out. Any items not returned will result in forfeiture of appropriate portions of the damage deposit. Replacing each fob or pass will be 100 CAD.
4) The Renter agrees to remove all garbage and recycling to the outside receptacles upon their departure, this includes all alcohol bottles. A breach of this policy will result in a forfeiture of 150 CAD retained from the damage deposit.
5) The Renter agrees to not smoke anywhere on the property. A breach of this policy will result in forfeiture of the damage deposit in full.
6) A cleaning charge is taken at the time of booking. This is to cover basic cleaning expected from usual and normal use of the property and to include all floors, bathrooms, beds, and kitchen. Any exceptional cleaning that would be considered required due to beyond normal and conscientious use of the property will be deducted from the damage deposit at an hourly rate.
7) The Management Company is not liable, nor will provide a refund, for any stoppage of electrical services caused by extreme weather or other circumstances beyond its control.
8) If property damage occurs the Management Company reserves the right to use the damage deposit at its sole discretion to compensate the owner for costs incurred to repair or replace to like kind and quality.
9) The Renter hereby agrees and acquiesces to entry by the Management Company, the OPP or the Town’s Licensing Bylaw Officers because of noise violation, occupancy violation or any other reasonable purpose.
10) The Management Company will not be liable for any injury, illness or death of the Renter, his/her guests, visitors, or any other persons that are injured as a result of the renters occupancy or actions.
11) The Renter agrees not to sublease or assign the property without written permission from the Management Company.
12) The Renter agrees not to order any services or material on behalf of the Management Company. This will result in a partial or full forfeiture of the damage deposit.
13) The Renter agrees not to engage in any unlawful or irresponsible activities or behaviour during their rental period that may result in injury or damage to himself/herself, his/her co-renters, or any other persons on the property. Engaging in such activities could result in eviction without refund.
14) The Management Company hereby undertakes to exert their best effort to address and resolve any emergencies that occur during the rental period of the renter in a timely fashion that limits any inconvenience to the renter. If the emergency is not caused by the renter and it cannot be remedied in a timely fashion and the property cannot be used in an acceptable manner resulting in the renter vacating the property, then the Management Company agrees to refund all or part of the rental cost. Alternatively, the Management Company shall exert their best effort to provide a comparable property for use by the renter for the remaining duration of the rental period. The Management Company will not compensate the renter by paying for alternate accommodation.
15) The Renter hereby agrees to not emanate ANY noise that will disturb any neighboring people or property, at any time. The renter is accountable for any fines or levies placed on The Management Company or other, during stay, caused by excessive noise or any other prohibited act.
16) The Renter has read, acknowledged, and will abide by the below By-laws. The penalty for contravening any provision in this by-law is 650 CAD and will result in the loss of the renter’s damage deposit in its entirety. This is in addition to bearing responsibility for payment in full of any fines issued.
