Casa Tita was born from the lifelong bond of two sisters who believed that no matter where life takes you, you should always feel at home. Designed with love and intention, this modern, bright, and fully equipped space offers comfort, warmth, and style in the heart of Miami. Ideal for couples, families, business travelers, or groups, with high-speed Wi-Fi, smart access, and easy access to Wynwood, Brickell, and Miami Beach.

- Thoughtfully designed interiors with harmony and balance
- Comfortable bedrooms with high-quality linens
- Functional kitchen with cookware, utensils, and essentials
- Smart TV with streaming apps
- High-speed Wi-Fi, ideal for remote work
- Air conditioning/ Heater for optimal comfort
- Private entrance with smart lock
- One Assigned parking space
- Access to a shared outdoor terrace, washer and dryer and BBQ area (available 7AM – 11 PM)

Every detail—the colors, the light, the furniture, the textures—was chosen with the same affection they felt when calling each other “Tita”: that intimate, familiar touch that only things made from the heart can carry.
