Escape to a quiet, relaxing retreat in Bothell, Washington, where the charm of country living meets the convenience of the city. Tucked away in a peaceful area, this home offers a serene setting while still being just minutes from shopping, dining, highways, and popular destinations in Bothell, Edmonds, Woodinville, Kirkland, Bellevue, and Seattle.

Guests will love the unique farm-style atmosphere with friendly goats, sheep and chickens on the property—perfect for families, animal lovers, or anyone looking for a memorable and calming stay. Enjoy morning coffee, farm fresh eggs (depending on availability), surrounded by nature, fresh air, and the soothing sounds of the countryside, yet close to the city.

Whether you’re visiting for a family getaway, a relaxing weekend, or an extended stay, this home provides the best of both worlds: quiet privacy and easy access to everything the city has to offer.

Come unwind, recharge, and experience a one-of-a-kind stay in Bothell.

Two Dogs (less than 50 pounds) are allowed for an additional pet fee per dog.

There is a Washer and Dryer in the garage. Guests have access to the garage, but please note that it is a shared space. The washer and Dryer are shared.

The house also has a basement (which is not included) and may also have occasional guests. Basement has it's own separate entrance.

Friendly Farm Animals on Property

Our home is shared with a few friendly farm animals—including goats, sheep, chickens and dogs—which many guests (especially kids!) absolutely love. They add to the charm and create a unique, memorable experience during your stay.

For everyone’s safety and comfort:
• Children should always be supervised around the animals
• Please do not enter animal areas unless invited
• Animals may make normal farm sounds from time to time
• You may notice natural outdoor elements like dirt, feathers, or uneven ground

While the animals are well cared for and generally calm, they are still animals—so guests interact at their own discretion from the outside of the animal fenced area.

We live on the property in a separate house connected with a breezeway.

We loved the layout of the home for time together as well as personal space. The property was beautiful. We loved the baby goats! Parry was helpful with anything we needed.

Beautiful property that is spacious & comfortable. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had everything needed to prepare meals . Great restaurants (Maltby Cafe many on 1st St in Snohomish)and grocery store (Town & Country Market) yet property is very private and away from hustle & bustle. Loved the animals!!! Work space and wifi worked well. Would rent again if visiting family in area. Strongly recommend if looking for rental near Starlight Meadows wedding venue (2 miles away).

Spacious, open, well-stocked home. Plenty of space to enjoy as a family. Comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. We liked that it’s one story so no noise. The fresh eggs were a lovely touch Communication with the host is outstanding. We highly recommend Parry’s place!!

My family stayed on this amazing 5-acre property from July 9, 2026, to July 13, 2026, and we enjoyed every second of our visit. We were back home for my nephew's wedding, and your property truly felt like our home away from home. The host was especially helpful and made sure everything was perfect for us. The location was perfect and the property stunning. We spent our days and evenings enjoying basketball and baseball, playing the provided board games, and simply relaxing together. We had family in town for graduation weekend. It was the perfect place for them to have their own space but still be within 10min of our house! The littles enjoyed the basketball hoop & feeding the goats lettuce. Wish I had more time to sit and enjoy the fire pit amongst all the craziness but it was a cute set up! Great communication with the homeowners too. Will definitely use in the future

I traveled solo with my two pups but the place is very spacious and you could have a nice family gathering. It’s stalked well with things you need, it’s very quiet and has a very private feeling, it’s nice to be on a farm but so close to everything. I didn’t have a chance to get up close to the farm animals, I was traveling for family events and was with them most of my time but I did get to enjoy some farm fresh eggs ;-)For me this place was a win and just a shout out thanks for sharing your wonderful home and being such nice hosts, Julie. We had such a wonderful stay this past week!The home was absolutely beautiful—everything was clean, well-kept, and exactly as described. You can really tell the hosts take pride in maintaining the space.Communication was excellent from start to finish. They were very prompt in responding to any questions we had, which made everything feel easy and stress-free. We also really appreciated how accommodating they were when we asked about adding a few more visitors—they were kind, flexible, and made the process seamless.The atmosphere was quiet, peaceful, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was a great home base for exploring the Seattle area while still feeling peaceful and tucked away. It took us just over 50 minutes to get there from the airport - it was a good traffic day. It was also about 35 minutes to the Edmond Ferry and beaches, where we checked out the tide pools during low tide - bring water shoes!The bedrooms were very spacious, and having three separate full bathrooms was a huge plus for our group. The living room was very comfortable for gathering or watching a movie. The kitchen area was also very spacious and fully stocked with everything we needed for cooking. The refrigerator had filtered water and ice, so no need for bottled water. One of our favorite parts was visiting with the goats and sheep each day. We brought blueberries and veggies for them to snack on, and they were so friendly. The roosters also made for memorable alarm clocks! The fire pit and basketball hoop were great extras and gave everyone something fun to do. And no mosquitoes at all, which is a huge treat coming from Minnesota! The hosts were friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions. The location was also convenient, with grocery stores and plenty of restaurants less than 10 minutes away. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend it.

We loved everything about our stay. The property, the home itself was so awesome and the host and family are very warm and welcoming. Parry was very quick to respond to my communication when I reached out to them. The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. We even had fresh eggs waiting for us when we checked in. The master bedroom is very large as well as the master bath with the bed very comfortable. The 5 acre property was perfect for us to be able to walk our dog around and explore. I loved that the goats and chicken had very large pens for them to roam and the goats would walk up to us to pet between the fence.
