This 3,000+ sq. ft. custom Craftsman home offers south-facing lake views, a sloped pebble beach, a dock, and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen — perfect for summer cookouts or sunset cocktails. Relax on the private patio and deck, stroll through meticulous landscaping, or enjoy your own custom greenhouse and shed.

This place was exactly how it was described. It was beautiful and serene. We spent 3 days here before our trip to Alaska. The weather was beautiful, kayaks were a blast and the fire pit was a great way to end the night. There is a nice convenient store and an awesome restaurant in close proximity. Christina was very easy to communicate with and very quick to respond. I would highly recommend this property.

Christi’s communication is top notch, extremely responsive to inquiries and questions. The property is huge, beautiful, and plenty for room for 10. The outdoor kitchen was perfect, kayaking was great - didn’t catch any fish but there’s bites for sure. 15 minutes to town. Super comfortable stay. Looking forward to our next one!

The house is amazing, access to the water and dock are great. The kitchen is really nice, but it’s not as well-stocked as the kitchens in other houses we’ve rented. I love to cook, so I may expect more than the average renter. There are no Tupperware or bowls with lids for leftovers, no bags to store anything either (I’m used to at least sandwich-sized ziplocs). Cooking for 9 was tricky, but we made it work. The beach is rocky, so shoes are recommended. Our 10-year-old was exploring the water around the dock and cut his toe on something, through his water shoe. But there were no other accidents. Christi let me know the AC was broken, and gave me the option to cancel the reservation, but we had people visiting from France and couldn’t cancel. I requested a discount, but was told because we got the house at 50% the usual rate, they couldn’t do much. I knew we got a great deal, but the house was advertised with AC at the price we got it for (as was listed on VRBO) and felt a bit slighted. Christi did provide some box fans in the bedrooms. Still, the house was HOT. We brought window fans and a standup AC unit with us, but these were not enough. Sleeping in the heat was difficult. Overall, we had a great time. I’d give it 8/10, for kitchen and AC issues.

Thanks so much for the review! I’m glad you had a nice time. Unfortunately, our A/C unit failed unexpectedly just before your stay. As soon as we discovered the issue, we scheduled a repair, but the technician wasn’t able to complete it until after your visit. I’m happy to report that we’ve since installed a brand-new A/C system, so future guests won’t experience this issue. While I’m sorry you didn’t feel the discount we offered was sufficient, your reservation had already been booked at a rate substantially below our current pricing, and we provided an additional discount because of the A/C issue. We offered as much of a discount as we reasonably could while still covering the costs of operating and cleaning the home, and we hoped the reduced rate would help offset the inconvenience. Thank you for mentioning the kitchen items. Had we known you were having trouble locating the glass food storage containers, we would have been happy to point you to them or bring over anything else you needed. For future guests, we do keep glass containers in the pantry, although they occasionally get mixed in with the other dishes. We also normally provide zip-top bags, but it appears a previous guest had used the last of them before we had a chance to restock. Had we known, we would have gladly brought more over. We’re sorry to hear about your child’s cut foot and hope he is doing well. Water shoes are always a good idea when walking on natural rocks or entering the water. Thanks again!

Great location!!! Beautiful property. Myself and my extended family were very pleased with our stay. The first thing we noticed when we walked in the door was the view of the lake, which was breathtaking. The VRBO is well appointed with many amenities. We all commented on how comfortable and at home we felt at this property.I will say that the pictures online do not do the property justice. The secondary bedrooms are much larger than they appear in the pictures online. All of the beds were comfortable. The comforters and quilts were very warm.The playroom area was a very comfortable place for my niece, her husband and their two children to stay. The queen sofa bed was very comfortable by their report. The children thoroughly enjoyed having the toys to play with and the game room in the garage was a big hit. The outdoor barbecue cooking area was a real bonus. Everyone also enjoyed sitting by the lake and making smores over an open fire at the fire pit. The property hosts were responsive in answereing questions.I highly recommend this property. Would definitely consider staying again.

It was a nice spot that was able to entertain from a 3 year old all the way up to 74 year old. Nice little oasis outside where you feel like you are the only place outside. The house was clean. Nice little restaurant close by that we ate at a few times.
