We had a wonderful time at this house it was beautiful! They literally thought of everything. Perfect for families, hosting a party, or just a quick getaway. The pool and playscape were perfect for the kids and with the outdoor tv to play music it was heaven! The extra room turned playroom was awesome for the kids too. The host was super responsive and even door dashed coffee each morning bc we couldn’t get the coffee maker to work. Such an amazing time we will definitely go back!

The house and backyard set up were great! We traveled with young kids and it was extremely kid friendly (play set, books/toys, etc) . The house had everything we needed and was clean/comfortable. The hosts were very communicative and also provided much more than we were expecting in the home. This is on our short list for another trip soon!

Everything was great, check in was easy, you walk in everything was extremely clean and smelled clean. Everything part of the house was well thought out. You go outside, the pool was clean, the kids could play and the adults can enjoy watching them while relaxing. The kitchen had everything you needed down to ziplock baggies, a bar section, and multiple cooking stations. We would recommend to anyone, couple or large family like ours! When we come back this is the house we will be staying in!

The house exceeded expectations. Great space for two families to spread out and let the kids run around. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, dishes, serving platters, and pots/pans. Pool toys & towels were great. Plenty of bedding. Communication with the owner was fantastic, with easy check-in and check-out. We were so happy they could accommodate a late check out for our group so everyone could have a full morning together. The kids loved the pool w/volleyball net and the swing set. Close proximity to both Horseshoe Bay and Marble Falls for restaurants and grocery stores. This was a beautiful, clean property that was perfect for our groups weekend trip.

It's not often that a rental exceeds my expectations, but this one surely did!! I was enthralled with the excellent communication from the owner, the effective organization and cleanliness of this home, and the amazing amenities offered on this property. The child safety latches on the sliding glass doors, as well as the portable pool fence, helped keep our toddler grandchild safe. We enjoyed the many different outdoor seating areas, the pool, and the children's playscape. The fence that surrounded the back of the property was also a positive in keeping our toddler from running too far. I have only gratitude and appreciation for this lovely home. Charmin bath tissue and soft facial tissues, snacks, tea, coffee k-cups, beach towels, a pack and play, high chair, and fluffy bath towels, are some of the special extras that make this home the best. Thank you, Sharla!!! We had a wonderful stay at 710 Pecan Lane!!

Great house! Had everything we needed and extremely kid/toddler friendly. So glad we got to use the gate for the pool. Lots of fun toys for the kids. The host was lovely and very communicative. Thanks Sharla!
