Splendid Stay

The condo was clean and luxurious as advertised. I loved the decor, the view from the 11th floor was fabulous! Very comfortable and a wonderful vacation! Definitely rent this condo!!

Great stay

I have stayed in many units at Emerald Isle, this unit was most comfortable. We didn’t want to the The balcony or the room.

Great views, great stay!

Fantastic week. Very clean with lots of extras. Multiple beach items so no need to bring your own- even a wagon!

Another Week in Paradise

Second year in a row at this unit and it did not disappoint. The view from the 11'th floor end unit is spectacular. Even though it was 4'th July week, much less crowded at the West end of PCB. The condo is squeaky clean, well-furnished and Linda is the perfect host. Can't wait to return again next year!

Great vacation rental

We had a wonderful time staying at this condo. Great location and not too crowded for the area. The condo was clean and very nice. Great views. The owner was very responsive and callled to check in with us to make sure all was in order. All in all, we had a great time.

Amazing!!

The PERFECT rental!

This is our second year staying here and we absolutely LOVE IT! This condo has EVERYTHING you need for a beach vacation and is so clean! Linda is VERY repsonsive with any questions or concerns you may have ! The entire stay was as smooth as it gets! The views from the balcony are an amazing plus!

Beautiful and clean!

We loved everytbing about our stay! Linda is very reaponsive and we had EVERYTHING we needed! The beach accessories are a huge plus and the kitchen is equipped with all the essentials you will need! The unit was just as pictured and VERY CLEAN! We will definitely stay again!

Very comfortable and great View overall property was kept clean. Had some extra amenities like beach chairs umbrellas boogie board Etc close to a couple state parks and fishing locations really enjoyed and looking forward to next year

Perfect Beach Getaway

This was our first stay at this condo, but we will definitely make it back again someday! The unit was amazingly clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for the perfect beach vacation with our family. The view from the balcony can't be beat! The pools were clean, staff were all friendly, and the elevators were all fast. Mike's across the street was very convenient for dinner and our meal was great. Linda and Ken were very responsive to any question we had. I've never had better communication with a host than what we had from Linda. We appreciate the hospitality and can't wait to make a trip back!

Incredible!!

Condo was super clean, furniture and beds very comfortable. First time staying in an end-unit, it seemed more private and the big balcony with very comfortable furniture was amazing. Took a two hour nap each night on the balcony, listening to the waves and feeling the ocean breeze!!

Beautiful getaway

Highly recommend as the perfect vacation spot. Beautifully furnished with an unbelievable view of the gulf, this condo is supplied with everything needed for a relaxing vacation. Another mother and I rented this condo with four 18 year old girls for Spring Break - perfect spot to chaperone teens on the calm end of Panama City Beach which was just about a 7 mile drive from the big PCB Spring Break party where the girls had the the time of their life. Very impressed by how secure the building and how nice security staff was throughout the week.

Great Condo

This condo was just as described. The condo was well furnished and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to get started such as soap, toilet paper, paper towels. The washer/dryer was really good and efficient. Also there was a great supply of beach chairs and toys etc. So we did enjoy our stay and would rent from Linda again.

Fantastic!

We started our week with some Tropical Storm inconveniences, but Linda was amazing through it all & went above and beyond to ensure we were informed and taken care of! The property/condo is beautiful and clean! The view from the 11th floor is magnificent! The whole family had an amazing week. Can't wait to go back next year!

Beautiful Condo

Thank you Ken and Linda for making our anniversary very special in your beautiful condo. The location of the condo at the end is wonderful. The condo has beautiful decor, clean and updated. The location to the beach is just a few steps away. We enjoyed the very comfortable balcony each morning to enjoy coffee and listen to the ocean waves. We were very close to some wonderful restaurants. Our favorite is Saltwater Grill. Thanks again for an amazing week.

We loved the unit.

The property is great and perfect for a family type atmosphere. Safe for everyone of all ages and no issues. The only downside is the storage closet needs to be edited to free up space for guest items as well as the kitchen cabinets. Otherwise an awesome unit!

Father’s Day Surprise!!!

This Condo was perfect for our family get together. Everything was perfect!!! Our granddaughter who serves in the Navy (who we haven’t seen in quite some time) flew into Panama City Airport, which was very close to the Condo and surprised her Dad on Father’s Day while we were there!!! The Condo was clean and stocked very well. The beds and all the furniture were comfortable and relaxing to enjoy. The location was close to everything and filled all our needs. Highly recommend!!! Beautiful Condo!

We had a wonderful time at Linda and Ken's condo at Emerald Isle! It is meticulously decorated and stocked with anything you might need! Confortable furniture and beds - really nice! The balcony is fantastic! It's on the end on the 11th floor - high enough for a wonderful view and blocks the noise. Being an end unit, you have a side view off the balcony as well and the furniture out there is very comfortable. Ken and Linda are wonderful hosts and very easy to work with. Very nice experience!

Home Away from Home X 2

This is our second time!! We absolutely enjoy every minute we spend in this condo. It is the perfect location. West side of PCB, close enough to everything you need, without all the noise. 11th floor end unit offers a huge balcony, with lots of comfortable furniture. The view is wonderful!! All you need to bring is your clothes, very well stocked. Easy access to PCB parkway, so you can dine at your favorite restaurant's without all the traffic on the strip. Thank you Linda & Ken!!

Having traveled throughout Hawaii, Caribbean, the Keys and the entire coast of Florida there is truly no place as beautiful and accessible as the Emerald Coast. We wanted our second home to be special with the same comforts of home and the added amenities, ease of access, and stunning views of the water and sunsets painted by the Master as we enjoy at Emerald Isle.

We have the only bow-front and largest balconies on the beach with panoramic views. Enjoy a stunning view of the aqua blue waters, white sand beaches which seem to come into the entire living area and master bedroom.
