Schlegel Chiemsee Vacation Home: After what may have been a long journey, a small, chilled welcome snack awaits you, and the sports equipment is already ready for you to use. For example, you can take the bike and the stand-up paddleboard straight to the beach and start your first trip around Lake Chiemsee. Of course, bed linens and towels are provided for all guests. The semi-detached house is located in the village of Breitbrunn, just 800 meters from the shore of Lake Chiemsee. With 190 square meters of living space (including a 45-square-meter studio apartment and a second kitchen), the house offers spacious accommodations for up to 8 people. On the terrace, featuring an electric awning and cozy seating with a recliner, you’ll find time to unwind. You’re welcome to use the hobby room in the basement, which features an 8-foot pool table, a ping-pong table, a foosball table (tournament quality), and an electronic dartboard. You’re also welcome to bring your pet to the vacation home. In addition, a washing machine and a clothes dryer are available for your use in the laundry room.
The vacation home spans 4 floors. On the first floor, you’ll find a spacious entryway, a very well-equipped kitchen with a large dining area, a cozy living room with a couch, TV, and another dining table, as well as a guest restroom. The bedrooms are located on the first floor, as is a large bathroom with a double sink, toilet, shower, and bathtub. Bedroom 1 features a large double bed (2.00 x 2.00) and access to the balcony; Bedroom 2 is furnished with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00); and Bedroom 3 has a double bed (1.60 x 2.00). Bedroom 3 has its own bathroom with a shower and toilet. In the attic, there is a cozy studio with a balcony, its own kitchen, as well as a TV and DVD player. It features a double bed (1.80 x 2.00) and a couch. In the basement, you’ll find a recreation room with an 8-foot pool table, a ping-pong table, a foosball table (tournament-level), and an electronic dartboard, as well as a washing machine and dryer in the laundry room. You’re also welcome to use the house’s sports equipment—such as stand-up paddleboards, an inflatable boat, three bicycles (not road-legal), and picnic chairs—free of charge.
If you’d like to bring your own sailboat, you can apply for a guest berth at the Breitbrunn town hall (as early as possible).
