Our exclusive, smoke-free cottage with a thatched roof was completed in 2015 and is situated in an excellent location, right between the Breeger Bodden and the Baltic Sea.
The cottage can accommodate up to 5 people. A storage shed for bicycles, patio furniture, a grill, and toys, as well as parking spaces for cars, are located on the approximately 400-square-meter lot with lawns.
The 110-square-meter properties, lovingly furnished, feature allergy-friendly natural stone floors in all rooms and geothermal underfloor heating. Pets are not allowed.
On the first floor, in addition to an open-concept living and dining area with a TV, there is also a bathroom, a separate TV room with a couch, and the terrace.
On the upper floor are the two bedrooms as well as a bathroom with a tub and a walk-in shower.
The bedrooms feature comfortable beds and ample storage space.
The kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances (ceramic cooktop, microwave, fridge-freezer combo, dishwasher, and various small appliances). All rooms are equipped with high-quality pleated blinds and insect screens on the windows.
The patio is fully furnished with a teak table, 6 chairs, and a large umbrella. A stone grill is available in the garden.
