True Texas hospitality! Came for the weekend to visit famiily and it was a perfect location. Amazing clean home with alot of extra thoughtful details! The host does an exceptional job with communication too. We will definitely be back im the future! More than 5-stars!

If every vacation rental had an owner and property management like this, this industry would severely cripple even the upscale hotel chains. This property is a great rental to call your home away from home and I highly recommend anyone looking for a stay in this area to look no further than this listing. I would definitely return if available and the owner shares in how we respectfully resided while staying at the property.

Checkin was easy, layout was a little strange (you have to go through the master to get to the backyard). Appreciated the spice rack and snacks!! A couple larger bowls for mixing and a cookie sheet would’ve been helpful but we made do. The game room was great when the grands came over! The only negative was all the air fresheners. Unplugged as many as I could find and put them in a cabinet

Thank you for your feedback. I’m glad you enjoyed the game room and found the check-in process smooth. The home is presented exactly as described in the listing so guests can review all details in advance and ensure it meets their expectations. Regarding the layout, the backyard can also be accessed through a side gate, not only through the master bedroom. Communication is key, and this would have been quickly clarified had it been mentioned during the stay. I’m glad you appreciated the spice rack and snacks. As for the kitchen, a mixing bowl was available in the cabinet, and any preference for additional or different sizes could have been addressed during the stay. I also reached out during the stay and remained available to assist at any time. Baking sheets were also available, and any additional needs could have been addressed as well. Regarding the air fresheners, they are only placed in common areas and use a standard clean scent. Scent preference is subjective, and this could have also been addressed during the stay, communication is key. House guidelines, in line with platform standards, include advance notice for any visitors, as outside guests are not permitted without prior approval in order to maintain a safe and well-managed environment. We continue to provide a clean, accurately represented, and well-managed home for our guests.

This house was saying “Hello! We are happy you’re here. Make yourself comfortable” from the minute we pulled into the driveway. We were greeted with a cozy living room built for lounging and hanging out. The kitchen had plenty of space and amenities to cook meals as a family to include a stocked coffe/tea bar. The grill is well maintained and under the large covered back porch usable rain or shine with a table and plenty of seating. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms were stocked with amenities including a hairdryer. The game room had plenty to choose from so no need to bring your own. This is a wonderfully cared for rental and you can tell the owners care about hospitality. We will stay again!

We had an amazing experience at this VRBO! From the moment we pulled up, we had to check the address twice because it looked so warm and welcoming, it truly felt like someone’s beautiful home rather than a rental.When we walked inside, we were immediately impressed by how spotless and organized everything was. Every kitchen and bathroom cabinet was thoughtfully labeled, making it incredibly easy to find whatever we needed. Motion-activated lights illuminated the way at night, so there was no fumbling around for light switches. Each bedside table had a complimentary bottle of water on a coaster, and we were welcomed with delicious muffins and fresh apples in the kitchen. The kitchen was also exceptionally well stocked, including a full spice rack and cookware that looked brand new.The backyard was just as inviting as the inside. It featured a porch swing under the covered patio, a table for outdoor dining, a brand-new gas grill, and, around the corner, a cozy fire pit with four chairs. In the evening, the string lights automatically came on, creating a peaceful atmosphere. The communication from the property owner was outstanding. Every question we had was answered promptly, making the entire stay seamless and stress-free.We cannot recommend this property highly enough. It’s clear the owners have put a tremendous amount of thought into every detail to make their guests feel welcome and comfortable. We will absolutely stay here again on our next visit!
